توضح هذه السياسة كيف يستخدم هلا ترافيل ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة عند زيارتك للموقع أو استخدام التطبيق.
1. ما هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط؟
هي ملفات نصية صغيرة تُحفَظ على جهازك لتمكين الموقع من تذكّر تفضيلاتك وإجراءاتك.
2. أنواع الملفات التي نستخدمها
- أساسية: لازمة لعمل الموقع — تسجيل الدخول، الأمان، الجلسة، الدفع.
- وظيفية: لتذكّر العملة وآخر عمليات البحث.
- تحليلية: لفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع وتحسينه (Firebase Analytics).
- تسويقية: لعرض إعلانات ملائمة وقياس الحملات (Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
3. ملفات الطرف الثالث
تضع بعض ملفات تعريف الارتباط جهات خارجية مثل بوابات الدفع والخرائط ومنصات التحليل. لا نتحكم بهذه الملفات.
4. التحكم بالملفات
- يمكنك حذف أو حظر الملفات من إعدادات المتصفح.
- يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّفات الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.
- قد يؤدي حظر الملفات الأساسية إلى منع تسجيل الدخول أو إتمام الدفع.
